MISSION
STATEMENT
The
mission of the department of Ministerial Development is to motivate,
train, and equip clergy and lay ministers to be dynamic spiritual leaders
who transform and engage their world.
VISION
The
vision of the department of Ministerial Development is to provide excellent
pastoral and leadership training for emerging leaders for the Church
of God around the world. This training is designed to help clergy and
lay ministers clarify their call (MAP), to include solid theological
and practical study combined with high quality mentoring (MIP), and
to help pastors be able to equip and disciple laity for ministry (LLD).
