MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the department of Ministerial Development is to motivate, train, and equip clergy and lay ministers to be dynamic spiritual leaders who transform and engage their world.

VISION
The vision of the department of Ministerial Development is to provide excellent pastoral and leadership training for emerging leaders for the Church of God around the world. This training is designed to help clergy and lay ministers clarify their call (MAP), to include solid theological and practical study combined with high quality mentoring (MIP), and to help pastors be able to equip and disciple laity for ministry (LLD).

  8. To partner with the School of Ministry in the promotion and implementation of the Certificate in Ministerial Studies (CIMS) courses
  9. To assist and partner with our Bible colleges and schools around the world
  10. To provide the necessary Church of God licensure material to be used around the world designed to ensure integrity and quality in the licensing of clergy lay ministers
